Mechanical and Thermal Hardware – Custom electric heater assemblies, tape/foil heaters, gas bottles, storage tanks, N2 generation systems. We also take up indigenization of any hardware components/products, subsystems design and development for PSUs.
Carbon Capture Modules – Capture CO2 from industry point-source emissions at one of the lowest costs currently possible. Modular, scalable. Use it for long-term storage or downstream utilization.
Synthetic Reactor – Produce synthetic methane at 10-40 Nm3 per hour. Modular, scalable, anywhere, anytime. Reactors for other fuels are also possible.
Motivation
Global energy consumption was ~176,000 TWh in 2021. Unfortunately, most of this energy that drives the world is still fossil fuel-based. The harmful effects of this trend are evident in terms of local pollution and global climate change. A multi-pronged mitigation strategy involving renewables is required while maintaining growth. At Matterak, we provide hardware for this journey.
