Direct Air Capture (DAC) Modules – Capture atmospheric CO2 at 50-200 kg per hour at one of the lowest costs currently possible. Modular, scalable, anywhere, anytime. Use it for long-term storage or downstream utilization.
Balance of Plant (BOP) – BOP design for alkaline water electrolyzer (AWE) and PEM electrolyzer from 200 kW to 5 MW. Custom test bed for your electrolyzer testing and operation.
Synthetic Reactor – Produce synthetic methane at 10-40 Nm3 per hour. Modular, scalable, anywhere, anytime. Reactors for other fuels are also possible.
Energy Hardware – Custom electric heaters, tape/foil heaters, auxiliary components for green hydrogen plants, manifold systems, compressors, storage tanks, dispensers, heat pumps, and other hardware products can be built.
Motivation
Global energy consumption was ~176,000 TWh in 2021. Unfortunately, most of this energy that drives the world is still fossil fuel-based. The harmful effects of this trend are evident in terms of local pollution and global climate change. A multi-pronged mitigation strategy involving renewables is required while maintaining growth.
